Since founding Leading Edge Medical Search in 1989, Roger Brooks, a native of the Twin Cities, has completed hundreds of successful searches in the medical device and life sciences industries. His specialty is finding the best C-Suite candidates for the nation's top early stage and established medical device and life sciences organizations.

When he's not working, Roger spends time with his wife and children and enjoys running, golfing, skiing, camping and a multitude of other recreational activities that the Rocky Mountains offer.
Dan Miller has spent more than 20 years in the search industry, including 15 years with Leading Edge Medical Search. Dan's specialty is recruiting the best leadership talent within the areas of R&D/Engineering, Clinical and Regulatory within the Medical Device and Life Sciences industries.
Dan received his initial recruiting training from Management Recruiters International in Denver. In the late 90s, he began recruiting in the engineering discipline for Silicon Valley networking and communications startups.
Prior to starting his recruiting career, Dan was responsible for the day-to-day operations of various research grants and projects at the Human Performance Laboratory at Oregon Health Sciences in Portland, OR. Dan earned his Masters' of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah in 1994.
When he's not working, Dan spends time with his wife and daughters and is an avid cyclist who participates in a number of local racing venues each year. He and his family also enjoy skiing, hiking, camping and just about everything else the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
With over twenty years of experience as an executive search consultant in the medical device industry, Charlie brings invaluable expertise to Leading Edge Medical. Charlie has worked extensively with innovative startups, filling hundreds of positions within his specialty. He has built strong relationships within the medical technology industry and strives to be the best in the business, leaving no rock unturned. When he is not working, Charlie spends time with his family either on the sports fields watching his kids or hiking on one of Colorado's beautiful trails.
Mary joined Leading Edge Medical after relocating to Boulder, Colorado from New York with her husband and three children. Prior to her move, Mary enjoyed a successful career as an Emerging Market Bond Broker specializing in Latin American Debt. Mary brings strong communication, negotiation and networking skills to Leading Edge Medical.
A native to Washington D.C., Mary holds a BA in English Literature from Boston University. In her free time she can be found on the tennis court, watching a lacrosse game or hiking and skiing with her family.
Tianna joined Leading Edge Medical as a recent graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. At CU, she graduated with a Bachelor's in Biology and a 4.0 GPA. Along with her background in science, she brings strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm to the team. When she is not working, she enjoys snowboarding, yoga, hiking, and Denver's exceptional music scene.
