Since founding Leading Edge Medical Search in 1989, Roger Brooks, a native of the Twin Cities, has completed hundreds of successful searches in the medical device and life sciences industries. His specialty is finding the best C-Suite candidates for the nation's top early stage and established medical device and life sciences organizations.
His vast industry knowledge, integrity and intuition have earned him respect throughout the medical device and life sciences industries. Loyal clients keep coming back, even as they move to new organizations in the medical device and life sciences arenas.
When he's not working, Roger spends time with his wife and children and enjoys running, golfing, skiing, camping and a multitude of other recreational activities that the Rocky Mountains offer.
Doug Kiser joined Leading Edge Medical Search in 2016. He brings with him decades of experience in sales and marketing, forging a high-touch, focused approach that helped grow a fledgling team to nearly 100 sales and marketing professionals who generated more than $40 million annually.
At Leading Edge Medical Search, Doug is bringing his experience in staffing, development and sales/marketing to further expand the business and help the talented team of medical device recruiters do what they do best âï¿½ï¿½ find the right candidates for their clients.
Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and psychology from Wilmington College in Wilmington, Ohio. A native of Ohio, Doug has lived in Colorado since the mid-1980s, enjoying everything the great outdoors has to offer, including biking, hiking and spending time with his family.

Dan Miller has spent more than 15 years in the recruiting industry, including 10 years with Leading Edge Medical Search. Dan's specialty is recruiting the best talent within the research and engineering areas of the medical device and life sciences industries.
Dan received his initial recruiting training from Management Recruiters International in Denver. In the late 90s he began recruiting in the engineering discipline for Silicon Valley networking and communications startups.
Prior to starting his recruiting career, Dan was responsible for the day-to-day operations at various research grants and projects at the Human Performance Laboratory at Oregon Health Sciences in Portland, OR. Dan earned his Masters' of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah in 1994.
When he's not working, Dan spends time with his wife and daughters. Dan is an avid cyclist and participates in a number of local racing venues each year. He and his family also enjoy hiking and camping and just about everything else the Rocky Mountains have to offer.

Daniel Biggar joined Leading Edge Medical Search in 2006 after 15 years of success in the highly competitive sales and finance industry. Daniel brings with him strong networking and communications skills that have helped him complete more than 100 hard to fill medical device and life sciences search assignments in the clinical, regulatory and quality arenas.
Having worked with Fortune 500 as well as emerging companies for more than a decade, Daniel understands the requirements and challenges that growing companies face. He is dedicated to helping find candidates that will have a positive and lasting influence on a company's future.
Daniel, a native of Westchester NY, earned his Bachelor's degree from Lynchburg College and spends time with his wife and two children. He is an avid golfer and fly fisherman.
