As a boutique medical device and life sciences executive search firm, our clients work directly with our own industry expert conducting their search. As part of the process, we take the time to listen to what skill set and leadership style is needed to succeed in your unique organization.
We know the industry and the distinct skill sets that are needed, and we are able to understand the nuances our clients seek. While conducting our research we use our network, but success comes from reaching well beyond our existing relationships to find a field of ideal candidates that fit your organization.
Our approach is to first understand what candidates are seeking in their life and career. We then analyze their priorities and skills in the context of our client opportunities and determine which candidates fit -- or perhaps do not fit -- a particular role.
Even if they aren't looking, we'll find the highest performers in the industry, those who are a right fit and have high potential to succeed in your organization.

Candidates trust Leading Edge Medical
The best thing about working with Leading Edge Medical is that there is no pressure. My recruiter made me feel at ease when he helped me procure a position in Sacramento, a place not much known for the medical device industry. Most importantly, he always left the final decision to me. I have even recommended more than a couple friends of mine to Leading Edge Medical Search.
The recruiters at Leading Edge always go above and beyond to be of assistance. My recruiter has identified positions with companies that would be interested in my background, offered me honest and valuable career advice, and even joined me at industry functions to introduce me to connections. If you are working in a clinical research field, whether you are looking for a quality employer or a quality employee, Leading Edge Medical the place to go.
